PHILOSOPHY:
The Motor City Baseball Club is a high quality youth baseball program emphasizing advanced baseball skills and technique within a competitive environment. Proper coaching of the fundamentals, fantastic practice facilities and solid parental support are the backbones of this elite baseball program, with player development being the number one priority. The Motor City Baseball Club will provide an environment where these young men will develop as players, competitors, and gentlemen while enjoying the great game of baseball. The teams that make up the Motor City Baseball Club will be highly competitive not only on a local level, but also on the regional and national level. The players that make up the Motor City Baseball Club family will be required to act like gentlemen on and off the field, respect the game, and work hard to improve as a player every time they put on the MCBC uniform.

Motor City Baseball Club’s formula for success:

Select the very best players who love the game of baseball and want to improve and develop everyday.

Provide the very best coaching with the knowledge and experience to  teach players the right way to play the game.

Provide players access to the private facility,  "The Dog House",  to hone thier baseball skills during the winter months.

The sum of the above stated principles will allow the Motor City Baseball Club to be the premier youth baseball program throughout the Midwest and Nationally.

INDOOR FACILITY EXCLUSIVELY FOR MCBC:

Players on a MCBC team have access to a fully functional indoor turfed baseball facility that is not open to the public.  This indoor facility allows our teams to practice indoors all winter as well as during inclement weather throughout the warmer months.  The facility has five batting cages, pitching machines,  video equipment, and an area for parents to relax during practice.  The facility is located at 2703 Product Drive in Rochester Hills which is just south of M-59 and Crooks.
